We create balloons for every occasion, bridal and baby showers, graduations, weddings and receptions, holiday parties, and birthdays. Let us help you with organic balloon arches, balloon garlands, columns and centerpieces; we do it all!

Our local delivery is considered 30 miles from Gladstone, Missouri, and includes the Kansas City area and the Northland.
Our extended area is approximately an hour from Kansas City, MO, and includes cities such as St. Joseph, MO, and Lawrence, KS. We will work with you to coordinate travel to your events in other parts of Missouri and Kansas.

Before we reserve any date on our calendar, payment of at least $250 must be received (either date reservation fee or at least 50% of the invoice).
Balloon decor orders need to be paid in full at least two weeks before the event. We do not order supplies, create, inflate or deliver balloons without full payment. Completing your order and making full payment within seven days of your event date is subject to a Rush Order Fee. The same day or the next day, Rush Order Fees are increased.
You will receive the invoice via email to pay via credit card or checks payable to Audra Shaw, mailed to our address only if your event is more than 30 days away.
For organizations (businesses, corporations, schools, non-profits), full invoice payment for all balloon decor orders is due before the event. However, we understand that there may be different payment policies in place and will gladly work with you on other payment terms if necessary.

Your event date and setup timeframe will be reserved on our calendar once payment is received in one of two ways:
Events are booked on a first paid, first-reserved basis. The Date Reservation Fee is beneficial for those with popular event dates, who book extra early and do not need to decide on the decor so far out from the event or are still uncertain about the decore and need more time in the planning stage. Having us booked with a payment ensures we will have your event date reserved to work on your event.
We accept payments through Cashapp ($audieshaw), Venmo (@Audra-Shaw-2), and PayPal (@audrashaw). We also accept company checks and personal checks revied at least 30 days before your event.
We often build large decor elements on equipment owned by us that we need to be returned. The fee for us to return at the end of the event to collect our gear and clean up the balloon decor is based on similar factors that we use for delivery & setup fee calculation.
When there is no equipment used that we need to return, a client can assume the responsibility of post-event clean-up, and no fees for our return will be billed.
We LOVE doing outdoor events for our clients, but we cannot guarantee the quality or duration of any balloons placed or used outdoors. We will make every attempt to have your decor looking it's very best when it's assembled. We use only professional supplies and quality materials; however, wind, humidity, direct sun exposure, and heat especially take their toll on balloons.
